We're constantly bombarded by health and fitness apps designed to help adults fight obesity. However, new technology to help kids do the same, is much more difficult to come by. A California mom took the problem into her own hands and developed the app Kurbo Health in order to help kids track their food intake and physical activity. Unhealthy, overweight children are more likely to become unhealthy and overweight adults. Kurbo Health looks to prevent this process by focusing on the children.
